Job Description

Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:

1. Identify the customer requirements by applying the company's selling procedures, offering different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.
2. Shares the responsibility of stock accuracy and products safety, while reporting on issues and variances to contribute to more efficient stock control and maintenance.
3. Cooperates with team members to achieve overall store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long-term customer relations.
4. Be aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store.
5. Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
6. Become a role model for customer service and boosts sales and brand experience by using advanced sales techniques and appropriate elements of the ECH customer service model.
7. Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
8. Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
9. Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
10. Ascertain that prices and other details are clearly visible on each item
11. Handle the invoicing process over the system to adhere to the company's selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
