Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written (Chinese English) communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Swedish is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Willingness to collaborate with the sales departments and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of HR practices services and solutionsBasic understanding of sales principles and techniques with a customerfocused approach is preferred but not required.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field preferred.
Previous experience or internship in sales customer service or administrative support is advantageous.
Familiarity with HR industry terminology and practices is a plus.
