Job Description

  • Sourcing candidate profiles lead generation and building while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Understand job requisitions through calibrations and/or provide job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
  • Screen potential candidates through job portals available databases social media and other reliable channels.
  • Job writing and job posting on various channels.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess capabilities communication skill levels location preferences salary expectations etc.
  • Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result in a highly responsive network.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders.
  • Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
  • Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.
  • Provide daily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to the management.

  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources Psychology or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the UK Market preferred but not compulsory
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Good business acumen highly driven resultsoriented and values harmony within a team.
  • Experience in using various ATS tools job boards and CRM (e.g. Bullhorn LinkedIn Recruiter Zoom info Indeed and the like).
  • Strong onthephone ability to create interest grow relationships and build rapport.
  • Competency using Word Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Selfdirected and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a very strong ability to lead and work as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
  • Professionally articulate and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Hungry to grow with the company and driven to succeed.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality emotionally intelligent and a strong ability to create rapport.
  • Persistent and perceptive one should always be able to get something out of every conversation.
