Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPAAI Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RPA a proven track record of success in developing and implementing RPA solutions and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement RPA solutions using RPA tool AI.

Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.

Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and timeconsuming tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.

Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest RPA features and best practices.

Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be able to train junior resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

6 years of relevant experience in RPA development (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism/SAP)

RPA with AI business application exposure/handson

Proven expertise in RPA development and configuration

Strong understanding of business process automation principles

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Certified RPA Developer (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism/SAP)

Experience with Document Understanding is a plus.

Additional Skills:

Experience with other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere Power Automate SAP or Blue Prism

Programming skills in VBA C# VB.NET or Java

Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
