Role: Sr. C4C Technofunctional Consultant

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP C4C/CRM

Location: Hybrid to NJ

Technical Experience:

Good to have SAP C4 HANA SALES Sales and Service Cloud experience

Consultant with minimum 5 years of experience with minimum 1 implementation project experience for front office solutions in Utilities industries

Work experience in SAP Sales and Service cloud in support projects

Experience Scoping Fine Tuning activities Workflow Approval Management SLAs Service Entitlements Contracts Channel configuration Service Structure and Access User Management

Functional knowledge in integration between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing as per the test scripts

Integration tasks of the SAP Sales/ Service Cloud with other SAP (S/4HANA) SAP Cloud and NonSAP applications via CPI

Prepare Technical Specifications for custom developed functionalities

Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions to the client

Facilitate and drive workshops to collect business requirements and prepare the requirement traceability matrix by understanding client business process

Proficient in configuration customization and testing of C4C Sales and Service scenarios as per client requirements

Identify gaps issues and work around solutions

Document functional designs test cases and results

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
