The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $44.81/hr encompassing a taxable component of $33.81/hr along with a per diem of $11.00/hr Non Local Reward: $6.18/hr..

• 30 bed Medical Stepdown 1:3/4 nurse patient ratio with Patient Care Tech assistance Bedside monitors on unit with Central Monitoring also monitoring Every other weekend required Minimum of 1 Summer Holiday required ACLS/BCL required

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. and nbsp;
• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
