RN Critical Care

Summary

• Department: and nbsp;Float Staffing
• Shift Timings: 07:00 19:30 Monday to friday. (3 Days/12 Hours)
• Per Week: 36 Hours
• This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time. Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;
• Implementing medical care plans;
• Directing and supervising the patient care provided by nursing personnel assigned to the unit;
• Maintaining standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse; and nbsp;and and nbsp;
• Performing other related duties as assigned/required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years experience required in specialty area. Float B agency RNs may take an assignment in SICU MICU NTICU .
• BLS ACLS required. TNCC CRRT NIH balloon pump preferred.
