Responsibilities

• Conduct user audits on the companys risk control platform
• Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data making judgments as necessary
• Continually learn about the platforms rules and enhance personal and professional skills
• Keep abreast of external competitors changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations
• Experience in customer service or as a risk control specialist is required
• Available to work rotated shifts between day and overnight shift

Requirements and skills

• At least 1 year of working experience in risk control/compliance/customer support
• Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
• Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
• Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
