Job Overview: Our client an esteemed Asset Management Firm is seeking a dedicated and resultsoriented individual to join their team as a Retail Sales Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for analysing sales data market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations that drive sales growth and enhance our retail distribution strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyse retail sales data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the sales team and senior management.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs related to retail sales such as sellthrough rates inventory levels and market share.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the retail sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasting models to support demand planning and inventory management.
  • Maintain and update databases and systems with accurate sales data and market information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends consumer behaviour and regulatory changes that may impact retail sales.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings and events.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in a Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales analysis or a related field within the asset management industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Preferably registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a sponsored individual.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word for creating compelling presentations and documents.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
