Job Description:
1. To handle complete merchandising along with key management personnel.
2. To manage all merchandising from the companys private labels creating POs barcodes uploading product details and images in the system.
3. To manage delivery dates and order returns from stores.
4. To overlook all alterations received from the store.
5. To manage levels and distribution of stock between stores.
6. To handle supply/production problems as they arise.
7. Assessing sales performance of stock and sales team.
8. Making stock reports and financial sales reports for senior managers (weekly basis).
9. To do store visit to check visual merchandising team feedback on products sales and customer service.
10. To train staff about any new product or design added to merchandise.
11. Carrying out team activities at stores twice a month.
12. To periodically collect an inventory report from the stores.
13. To manage estore inventory and estore orders.
14. To answer DMs and Online inquiry.
15. To follow up on productrelated goods for ad campaigns.
16. To take followup and reports form store managers as and when needed.
17. To make visual merchandise PPT weekly from images sent from store.
18. To Coordination with window display supplier once a month.
19. To keeping a track of brand stationary inventory and other in store accessories display items carry bags and packaging material.
20. To process store replenishments on weekly basis.
