- Under the supervision of the Head of the Restore Family Links RFL Unit, participates to the provision of RFL Services (e.g. distribution as well as a collection of Red Cross Messages (RCMs), phone calls) at Azraq Camp, jointly with the Jordan Red Crescent JRCS – requires a physical presence on the spot.
- Ensure the accurate collection as well as processing of data (including the due care regarding personal data) related to RFL activities in Azraq Camp.
- Upon request from the Head of the RFL Unit, participate to the collection of Allegations of Arrests (AoAs) and Tracing Requests (TCs) in favor of Syrian refugees
