- Manage a 160 seats restaurant that includes a lounge (22 seats) a central bar (10 seats) a main dining room (100 seats) and an out-door terrace (28seats).
- Lead – train and supervise a team of 16 employees including 4 bartenders.
- Closely work with the Chef and his team of 14 cooks.
- Manage the Italian beverage program (Italian wines, aperitivo, amerettos, vermouth).
- Create a pleasant and authentic atmosphere amongst the team and with the guest.
- Develop a network of regular guest and connect with them.
- Report to the Restaurant General Manager.
