Requirements:
Vendor Handling:
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors.
Ordering:
Collaborate with relevant departments to determine procurement needs.
Implement effective ordering processes to meet organizational requirements.
Payments:
Oversee the payment process ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.
Coordinate with the accounts payable team to process invoices and payments.
Bill Generation:
Supervise the billing process including the creation and distribution of invoices.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
