Your Mission
Will drive social listening efforts monitoring and analyzing digital conversations across various platforms. This person will actively work on Monthly /Quarterly reporting to delivery actionable content led insights across platforms for our key retainer clients to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. The role demands a blend of technical and analytical skills with a good understanding of social media platform and their key KPIs.
