This is a remote position.
**Overview:**
As a Romantic Getaways Planner you will be the architect of enchanting escapes for couples seeking intimate and memorable experiences. Your role involves curating bespoke romantic getaways from idyllic destinations to personalized itineraries ensuring every detail contributes to a perfect romantic retreat.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Consultation:**
Engage with couples to understand their preferences interests and vision for a romantic getaway.
Create a personalized experience by tailoring recommendations to match each couples unique desires.
2. **Destination Expertise:**
Stay updated on the most romantic and exclusive destinations resorts and experiences.
Continuously research and explore new destinations to offer a diverse array of romantic options.
3. **Itinerary Customization:**
Design and customize romantic itineraries that capture the essence of each couples relationship.
Incorporate special touches surprises and personalized experiences to enhance the romantic atmosphere.
4. **Vendor and Partner Collaboration:**
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels resorts restaurants and other vendors.
Negotiate exclusive deals amenities and upgrades to provide a premium experience for couples.
5. **Budget Management:**
Develop and manage budgets for romantic getaways ensuring transparency and costeffectiveness.
Provide couples with clear pricing options and ensure all elements align with their budget.
6. **Documentation and Logistics:**
Manage all travel documentation including reservations permits and special arrangements.
Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless and stressfree experience for couples.
7. **Client Communication and Support:**
Maintain open communication with couples throughout the planning process.
Provide ongoing support address inquiries and make adjustments as needed to enhance the overall experience.
8. **PostGetaway Feedback:**
Gather feedback from couples postgetaway to evaluate the success of the romantic escape.
Use feedback to continuously improve and refine the planning process.
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in travel planning especially in curating romantic getaways is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with couples and understand their unique desires.
Creative mindset to design personalized and memorable romantic experiences.
Detailoriented approach to ensure meticulous planning and execution of romantic getaways.
Vendor negotiation skills to secure exclusive offerings and enhance the overall experience.
