We are currently on the lookout for passionate and professional individuals to become a part of our team in the position of Chat Support Agents. In this dynamic position you will be central of our operations tasked with ensuring outstanding customer service. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries and delivering support and assistance to our valued customers through various communication channels including chat email and phone.


As an integral member of the team you will:


Engage with customers in a professional manner ensuring all their queries are resolved with efficiency.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
