Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Professional. In this role you will be responsible for handling phone chat and email inquiries from our clients and tenants. You will serve as the first point of contact for any questions concerns or issues they may have.
The Remote Customer Service Professional Phone Chat Email plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. As the first point of contact this position is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the companys reputation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
  • Providing product information troubleshooting guidance and assistance with order processing
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and concerns
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
  • Adapting to changes in customer service technology and tools
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Upselling and crossselling products or services when opportunities arise
  • Providing feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential issues
  • Assisting in training new customer service representatives as needed
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations



Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Empathetic and patient approach to resolving customer issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes procedures and technology
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support ticketing platforms
  • Positive attitude team player and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in sales or retention is a plus
