- First contact with the candidates who engaged in the relocation process
- Active support in accommodation search for candidates in the country of relocation, if needed
- Assisting in obtaining Sub-rental contracts and sharing rental service documentation with the finance department
- Being in charge of the organization of transportation to the country of destination, execution of the relocation briefing, planning of relocation profile development and all relevant and supporting services and offerings (webinars etc)
- Supporting local finance to open/close bills or expenses before relocation of the candidate takes place
