Regional VP - Agrifoodtech Accelerator

Tasks

In our expansion and growth process we are seeking our new Regional VP for Latam. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the building of tomorrows food system from Colombia and contribute to improving the agrifood world generating a real impact on our world and society.

To achieve this significant vision you will establish strong partnerships with agrifood corporations public entities and multilateral organisms. Furthermore you will build meaningful relationships with agrifood entrepreneurs and startups ensuring efficient coordination and motivating the local team to go the extra mile.

Requirements

We are in search of an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual deeply motivated by our mission at Eatable to transform and improve the food system.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to forge significant collaborative relationships aimed at achieving the common good all while upholding strong personal and professional ethics aligned with Eatables values.

• At least 5 years of previous experience in Agrifoodtech Innovation and/or Consultancy services having an extensive understanding of the Colombian market and the Andina region
• At least 5 years in business development in the Agrifoodtech / Entrepreneurship/ Innovation Services with a proven track record.
• C1 Level in English spoken and written.
• Leadership: ability to build inspire and guide a multicultural team towards company goals.
• Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written to establish strong relationships with colleagues entrepreneurs corporations public entities and other stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking: capacity to develop and execute effective growth and expansion strategies in the local market.
• Adaptability: ability to adjust to changing environments and make effective decisions in diverse situations.
• Customer orientation: focus on understanding customer needs and offering valueadded and innovative solutions.
• Problemsolving: capacity to identify and address challenges effectively on the path to growth and expansion.
