Open Position: Regional IT Manager (MNC Company)

An MNC Company is currently hiring a Regional IT Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  
• Develop and implement a regional IT strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals.
  
• Support Group functions in conducting IT assurance validation testing report any identified gaps at local units and monitor the progress of addressing those gaps.
  
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance mentorship and performance evaluations.
  
• Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure networks and systems in the region.
  
• Lead and coordinate the execution of IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meeting quality standards.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
