ROLE: Regional Finance Manager

LOCATION: Andheri East Mumbai.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate
EXPERIENCE: 4 to 8 Years of experience in Finance
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting and maintaining all relevant customer database and managing the MIS.
Manage monthly weekly & daily dashboards and provide indepth analysis through monthly
presentations.
Should have knowledge of budgeting forecasting variance analysis
Should have good knowledge of MS Office
Experienced in Vendor Management Procurement process knowledge
End user experience in any of the Procurement tool is an advantage (SAP Invoice Management
System and process)
(Skill / Languages etc.): analytical skills Excel Possess Power point skills
Tools: SAP Business One Or Other ERPs.
Responsible for Procurement of Operations Administrations and Facility requirements. IT Assets and
Services and telecommunications.
Issue purchase requests follow on approvals process purchase orders manage invoices and solve
discrepancies if any in coordination with suppliers and buyers ensure timely vendor payments
support vendor registration process
Coordinate with Internal Customers across various entities and provide excellent service to all
Adhere to Procurement policies and procedures and ensure this is followed in each procurement
requests.
