- Provide clear status of pipeline health and assess performance to define key areas of improvement. Detect pipeline gaps.
- Work with RD, and regional functional heads to define, execute tactical plans to overcome pipeline gaps.
- Work with GTM to develop account and territory plans and define key areas for market expansion.
- Align with Sales, Marketing and Partner department to build and drive demand generation plans to provide solid pipeline coverage and conversions.
- Establish a rolling planning process for pipeline coverage and Demand Generation and identification from structural pipeline issues across all relevant segments.
- Identify white spaces. Get feedback from Field, Marketing, Partners, recruitment on reasons for white space and align how to fill them in.
