Reformer Pilates Private Instructor and Sports Therapist in North London

We are recruiting for a comprehensively trained Reformer Pilates instructor who is passionate and confident in teaching Pilates movements on all the Reformer Pilates apparatus.

Rate of Pay: 50ph

10 Hours per week

The ideal trainer will be a fun passionate and focused fitness professional who can deliver Reformer Pilates sessions. A friendly demeanour and an ability to motivate is paramount coupled with an attention to detail that creates a highend fitness experience.

Who Were Looking For:

• A relevant Reformer Pilates qualification is a must and ideally a few years experience delivering
• Passionate dynamic candidates who are looking for an exciting adventure and ready to make a mark in the fitness world
• A superstar for this role would have experience delivering amazing Reformer sessions in premium environments and also be qualified in massage therapy
• Conduct private Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client
• Provide personalised instruction and guidance to ensure proper technique alignment and safety
• Develop customised workout plans and progressions to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential and maintain consistency in their practice
• Maintain a clean and organised studio space ensuring equipment is properly maintained and sanitised
• Perform various massage techniques including Swedish deep tissue sports massage and others based on client needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients medical histories and conditions to customise massage sessions and ensure safety and efficacy
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals preferences and feedback and adjust treatments accordingly
• Stay updated on industry trends advancements in massage therapy techniques and best practices through continuous education and training
