Our client is an Australian legal recruitment specialist located in Brisbane. They focus on helping their clients recruit all levels of Lawyers, Risk and Compliance professionals, and a range of Legal Counsel positions, including General Counsel and Lead Legal Manager.

The client is expanding here in the Philippines and they need someone to help them grow their businesses. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be part of a small yet highly functional Recruitment team focused on hiring for the AU Legal Sector.


Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept recruiter with versatile capabilities and should possess great eagerness to help make recruitment processes as seamless and streamlined as possible. Being proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential to this role.

This role will have you working directly and alongside the Business Owner

This role can have a flexible work-schedule (terms and conditions apply)

This role will not be predominantly numbers-driven but will come with a quarterly/bi-annual fiscal performance bonus (terms and conditions apply)

Job Description:

In accordance to the overall improvement of recruitment operations, this role will mainly focus on the following areas:

Data Integrity / Process Improvement

  • Will be given a JobAdder Liscence so that you can be upskilled in using the platform and determine how its value can be maximized even further
  • Will utilize JobAdder for all of its functions; data input, updates, and constant monitoring
  • To compose, post, and modify Seek Ads as needed
  • Streamlining - To get an overview of overall operations and formulate and suggest new methodologies/approaches, templates, and tracking initiatives

Tech Initiative

  • Will apply technical literacy and utilize Google Workspace/Office 365/Similar platforms to help the Director automate and streamline operations further
  • To keep abreast of technical trends and identify any new software/platform/tool that may be able to improve operations
  • Marketing
  • To utilize Canva for marketing visuals for clients and ad postings
  • Will conduct market research for clientele newsletters
  • Researching and collating data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
  • Will work with Director for any marketing initiatives that may enhance business opportunities

Ad-hoc Tasks as to be assigned when needed:

  • Identify, interview, and recruit qualified professionals for per diem assignments.
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning,
  • and referrals.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Interview and meeting coordination (scheduling / invites)
  • Accurate capture of minutes from meetings.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and recruitment support.
  • Managing projects and assisting the director on a day-to-day basis with tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Admin / Assistant / Coordinator within an offshore environment; Australian work experience would be advantageous
  • Well-versed in Modern Recruitment Processes
  • Experience and exposure to AU Legal Hiring Market would be highly advantageous but is not a pre-requisite
  • Attention to detail must be impeccable
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Experienced using ATS tools like Jobadder, and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Experienced in using Canva, and other related software.
  • Has a wide range of experience in Admin work and Recruitment.
  • Ability to learn and use other industry-related software
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Has initiative and is able to anticipate workload.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Must be highly organized and prioritize daily workload.
