Incepted in 2020 MVC Resources is a fastgrowing boutique human capital consulting firm serving multitudes of technology startup SMEs and MNC clients from Malaysia SEA MENA and North America region. The organization comprises multidiverse team members. We are on the mission to expand the consultant team and looking to hire great likeminded talents who are aligned to the company values and culture to grow together!

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We currently have a few openings across 3 divisions. The incumbent who assumes this position has tremendous opportunity to be fast tracked towards a team lead position and grow your own team! We welcome fresh grads and experienced sales individuals to apply for this position.

The key responsibilities is to generate revenue through the following salesbased activities:
  • Sourcing for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
  • Screen & Interview candidates to qualify their experience and skills
  • Send qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and jobs
  • Followup candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
  • Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and client.
  • Produce revenue by completing the assignments
  • Other responsibilities include:
  • Actively promote yourself and the MVC business to candidates and clients
  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
  • Provide recruitment strategies to client and strong understanding of the market talent
  • Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior

Requirements

  • Prefer an immediate starter
  • Experienced or Senior recruiters are highly welcomed to apply
  • Tertiary qualifications within related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
  • Advanced administrative and research skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously with little direct supervision
