Recruitment Consultant Emerging Markets
You ll be part of a leading international recruitment firm. Be part of a dynamic passionate and highly collaborative culture. We as an organization strongly believe in the power of New Beginnings and you ll be the custodian to help our stakeholders begin their journey. You ll be the 360degree Recruitment Consultant Emerging Markets for Anzaa and will report directly to the Managing Partner based in Dubai.
Client Management & Delivery
Manage the endtoend recruitment process for global vacancies ensuring a seamless and efficient client & candidate experience.
Gather comprehensive job briefings from Managing Partner and client respectively to understand their requirements and develop accurate and compelling job posts that attract top talent.
Efficiently manage and utilise the applicant tracking system managing data efficiently
Maintain Talent mapping sheets for each role assigned.
Proactively source and conduct outreach to passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability and facilitate the selection process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members.
Maintain accurate and uptodate delivery sheets.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate and select the most suitable candidates Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required by the client for selected candidates.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent including the use of social media networking events and other creative methods.
Business Development
Identifying generating new business opportunities across India Middle East Africa and Eastern Europe markets.
Preparing action plans gathering data and schedules to identify target market.
Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities which includes daily activities leads followup closings future prospects and adherence goals.
Cold Calling Visiting Clients Business Networking generating leads using Business Relationships.
