The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for overseeing the internal recruitment for the group as well as supporting across a range of HR matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organisation by ensuring recruitment and HR practices align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within internal recruitment or talent acquisition. You will have specialist experience in overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process including advertising proactively resourcing shortlisting interviewing and onboarding. You will have a positive cando attitude and be an enthusiastic creative team player. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys building positive longterm professional relationships with hiring managers candidates and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be fully IT literate with knowledge of the MS Office Suite. You will have experience of using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process in an accurate and timely manner. You will be detail orientated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy everchanging workload.
Ideally the role holder will come with experience of working as part of an inhouse HR team and of supporting across a wider range of HR duties. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
