- Hire for our various teams at Bayzat (non-technical roles)
- Support implementation of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen new applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to find suitable candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule various interview stages as per Hiring Team and candidate availability
- Use various platforms to effectively source / headhunt suitable candidates for open positions
