- Proven success in managing recruitment for a recruitment Agency.
- The ability to leverage various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent (including social and professional networks), as well as build, manage and maintain talent pools.
- Are confident coaching and up-skilling hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques.
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage the end to end aspects of the role.
- Act as a role model to influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda.
- Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards. Experience recruiting in US and Canada will be highly regarded.
