Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting toptier talent to contribute to our exciting gaming projects. As a Recruiter you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs develop recruitment strategies and source candidates across various channels. Your mission will ensure we build a highperforming team that continues to drive our success in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market intelligence and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture trends and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting focusing on gaming or technology roles.
