This is a remote position.

Timber Ridge Construction is a wellknown auto construction company. With a wellestablished client base and an owner who truly cares about his team. We are looking for a remote Receptionist/Administrator The right candidate must be wellspoken punctual reliable and an over all team player and hard worker. Job includes answering phones scheduling checking in/out customers and keeping the common areas clean for customers. Pay is based on experience.

  • Answering phones
  • QuickBooks
  • Calling leads and booking appointments
  • CRM duties and responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with clients is essential to develop clients loyalty
  • Collecting and analyzing client data
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships and book estimates and job starts
  • Handling clients complaints
  • Overseeing the interactions between clients and key team members
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns
