At CC2 Solutions, we pride ourselves on connecting top-tier talent with leading companies in the industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Technician to support our clients innovative telecom initiatives.
Role Summary:
In this pivotal role, youll be instrumental in maintaining and repairing RF circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment, ensuring high performance and reliability for our clients cutting-edge telecom services.
First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Fri
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of RF circuit boards within RAN systems to the component level.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support ongoing RAN product improvements.
- Analyze and interpret schematics to guide effective troubleshooting and repair.
- Carry out PIM (Passive Intermodulation) tests and apply corrective actions to antenna systems.
- Uphold stringent quality performance standards and keep a well organized workspace.
- Mentor and assist other technicians, sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Work Authorization:
- Open to Green Card holders and US Citizens.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- A firm grasp of RF principles.
- Proficient in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
- A deep understanding of electronic circuitry and components.
- Proficient use of signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
- Knowledge of VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling receive and amplifier circuits.
- An Electronics Certification is highly advantageous.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive Technical Aptitude Test.
