- Perform link budget analysis and Coverage prediction, understand and utilize design criteria including coverage and traffic analysis for different technologies GSM, UMTS, and LTE. Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive testing data for model tuning and calibration.
- Perform nominal and detailed RF design, including site selection and site acquisition support
- Perform efficient frequency/scrambling code planning, HSN, BSIC and neighboring list to minimize interference
- Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies to maximize use of existing resources (Network Utilization, Upgrade and TRX reshuffling...)
- Analyzing RNC/BSC/LAC/TAC/TAL and implement required action for improving KPIs (Paging and location update Success rate).
