- Plan, execute, and monitor UAT sessions to validate software functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough testing of software systems, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate issues and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in Agile or Scrum meetings, providing input on QA-related activities and timelines.
