What you will do:
- Monitor analyze audit and assess the quality of inbound and outbound calls of customer support and sales agents
- Prepare and present statistical data to identify the issues in performance
- Offer solutions and suggestions for process improvement
- Maintain confidentiality regarding performances and results
- Conduct oneonone feedback sessions with customer support and sales agents
