Civil QC Inspector

• Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality of work aligns with project specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Oversee field and laboratory testing to assess material quality ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports documenting findings nonconformances and recommended corrective actions.
  
• Work with project teams to identify causes of quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  
• Regularly audit construction processes and quality control systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  
• Review and maintain all necessary documentation related to quality control inspections including plans specifications and certificates.
  
• Monitor and track nonconformance reports ensuring appropriate resolution and preventing recurrence.
  
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.
  
• Collaborate with contractors engineers and project managers to maintain quality assurance throughout all project phases.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Quality Control or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years in quality control inspection preferably in the construction industry.
  
• Professional certifications in quality control or inspection are advantageous.
  
• Indepth understanding of construction processes materials and quality standards.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills to analyze and resolve quality issues.
  
• Ability to manage multiple inspections and documentation simultaneously.
  
• Effective written and verbal communication to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Keen eye for identifying deviations from standards and specifications.
  
• Ability to thrive in dynamic project environments.
