Land Surveyor

• Develop detailed survey plans based on project requirements and determine the best equipment and techniques to use.
  
• Use theodolites electronic distancemeasuring equipment GPS and drones to measure accurately and record land features elevations and boundaries.
  
• Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive reports drawings and maps that clearly show boundaries and other important data.
  
• Research land records survey maps and legal documents to verify property boundaries.
  
• Provide accurate site layouts for construction projects ensuring structures are placed correctly according to the design.
  
• Collaborate with engineers architects and project managers to deliver accurate survey data for decisionmaking.
  
• Ensure surveys and maps comply with all legal requirements and industry standards.
  
• Maintain detailed records of survey data including notes sketches maps and reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.
  
• Professional certifications in surveying are advantageous.
  
• Indepth understanding of surveying techniques and equipment including GPS theodolites and software.
  
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret and organize complex survey data.
  
• Precise and accurate in measurement data recording and report writing.
  
• Capable of resolving technical challenges in challenging terrains or weather.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work in challenging field environments and adjust to dynamic project requirements.
