Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Autosys Robotics Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of product and application architecture with handson experience in AutoSys Workload Automation and Automation Anywhere A360 (RPA). As an Autosys Robotics Consultant you will be responsible for application installation configuration administration and troubleshooting of AutoSys and Automation Anywhere components. Additionally you will utilize your system administration skills in both Linux and Windows environments including patching upgrades and maintenance tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving as well as the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced 24/7 production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge and handson experience with AutoSys Workload Automation and Automation Anywhere A360 (RPA).
- Install configure and administer AutoSys and Automation Anywhere components.
- Perform system administration tasks in Linux and Windows environments including patching and maintenance activities.
- Execute upgrades and patches for AutoSys Automation Anywhere and associated components.
- Create schedule and troubleshoot AutoSys jobs calendars and job failures.
- Understand AutoSys database tables and proficiently write SQL queries to retrieve data.
- Utilize scripting languages such as shell batch and PowerShell to automate tasks and processes.
- Provide 24/7 support to address production issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AutoSys and Automation Anywhere technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Autosys Robotics Consultant or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoSys Workload Automation and Automation Anywhere A360 (RPA).
- Strong system administration skills in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with application installation configuration and administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for oncall support.
- Certifications in AutoSys and Automation Anywhere are a plus.
