Key Responsibility:
Travelling across India for purchase of granite and marble slabs and rough blocks.
Negotiation with suppliers and finalisation of prices and purchase terms.
Coordinate with suppliers across India to get their stocks at the most competitive prices.
Coordinate with marketing team to sell stocks being offered as well as to deliver against orders placed.
Coordinate with finance/shipping team to ensure payments being made promptly for purchases and documentation done precisely.
Ensure rough blocks are processed promptly by the factories and as per our specifications.
Quality check to be carried out in coordination with quality inspectors and reports generated.
Maintenance of records and files pertaining to purchases.
