Position: Psychology Intern

Role Description:

We are seeking an innovative and inspirational psychology student who is passionate about applying psychological insights to technology. The ideal candidate will work closely with our portfolio companies contributing to the development of AI applications that are more intuitive empathetic and appealing to our users. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI and customer communication making technology more accessible and enjoyable for an older demographic.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and development teams to infuse psychological principles into AI applications enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Conduct research and apply insights on human behavior and cognition to improve the humanAI interaction experience.

Develop strategies to make our customer and user applications more empathetic likable and overall more userfriendly especially for our target clientele of 55.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for translating human experiences and emotions into technological solutions.

Who We Are Looking For:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university psychology program.

A creative thinker with a keen interest in applying psychology to technology and AI.

Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in designing technology for an older demographic.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

A passion for making a positive impact on peoples lives through technology.
