As a Provisioning Coordinator you will focus on developing effective relationships with key stakeholders including Network and Field Operations employees the Sales Team Network Engineering and other members of the operations team. • Experience working in a Provisioning role in a telecommunications company and/or networks service provider preferred.
  
• Advanced level of customer focus with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  
• A keen interest in using IT/internetbased technology with a natural inclination towards being technically minded.
  
• High ability to manage through IT systems with experience in using Customer Management Systems Ticketing Systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot.

• Developing effective relationships with all key stakeholders including other employees of Network and Field Operations Sales Team Network Engineering and the broader operations team.
  
• Providing a high level of customer service at every interaction.
  
• Managing customer expectations proactively outlining expected process timelines and dates and keeping them updated where needed.
  
• Being the primary contact once the order is placed for third party suppliers and customers during the provisioning of services.
  
• Working effectively with third party service providers to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided and timelines are on track from the time the order is placed through to service completion.
  
• Responding within service level agreement expectations for the endtoend provisioning service.
  
• Ensuring that all necessary information has been provided by third party partners and customers and that it is accurate.
  
• Recording and processing all information fully in the relevant system.
  
• Processing sales orders in a timely way and delegating key tasks to the relevant departments.
  
• Ensuring that customers sites have radio lineofsight to the Company infrastructure.
  
• Ensuring that permissions have been obtained as required and providing assistance in order to obtain permissions where needed.
  
• Ensuring relevant access to third party systems to confirm feasibility process orders and monitor and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  
• Ensuring that knowledge of internal relevant systems remains current and up to date to assist in providing an efficient service.
  
• Identifying and reporting network incidents and potential incidents in a timely manner.
  
• Any other tasks as required.
