As a Protocol Engineer you will work directly with the fellows and core team to execute on the engineering and product roadmap for the evolution of protocols and products at Community Labs.
-
This role will be working on the Oases project--a platform that allows the tokenization of real estate properties.
Your focus will include: - Working with the core team to understand and shape the protocol vision and product strategy
- Leading the development of the protocol with guidance from the core team and executing on the product roadmap
- Work with the founder and core team to execute on the roadmap for one or more protocols
- Learning the Arweave ecosystem and how our products can partner with different Arweave dApps and protocols
- Keep yourself up-to-date with the rapidly evolving Arweave ecosystem and drive changes in the protocol and the team
- Be a leader, know when to follow, and work autonomously inside a small high performing team
