- As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Learn and understand Repair schemes and processes for Siemens Energy Gas turbines, steam turbines and generators.
- Perform site visits to assess project progress, address on-site challenges, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of outages implementation.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and final project evaluations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
- Prioritize client satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
