PREFERRED : exp with PALM; Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management; Knowledge of MS Office Suite; Knowledge of Microfocus PPM; Visio diagrams for process flow documentation; Experience with Smartsheet; Experience with Microsoft Office 365

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);

Experience managing IT projects (7 years);

Experience in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure (7 years);

PMP certification;

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Management (MIS) other technologyrelated field.

Preferred:

Experience with implementation of PALM System;

Experience with the Florida Technology Project Management and Oversight

Standards Rules 60GG1.001 through 60GG1.009 F.A.C.;

Experience with ISO / IEC 20000 Technology Service Management;

Experience with Microfocus PPM;

Experience with MS Office Suite;

Experience working with developers remediating / replacing parts of Agency Business System;

Experience with Visio diagrams for process flow documentation;

Experience with Smartsheet.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage all aspects of the implementation of PALM across the with little to no downtime;

Defining and managing scope creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) and requirements;

Planning for and identifying potential risks;

Planning and estimating costs and determining budgets; managing the projects budget; identifying planning and coordinating required procurements;

Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverables;

Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting developing managing and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within DOR DMS staff and Vendor staff;

Planning for and identifying potential risks; performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; planning risk mitigation strategies; implementing and managing mitigation strategies etc.
