Job Description:
- 5+ years of hands on experience on web development projects in PHP and Java.
- Experience in Latest technologies including Python a plus
- Java skills mandatory and Linux experience a plus
- UI/Client side technologies and open source frameworks (such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular, React and Node.js)
- Managing a team of developers focused on the development of web based applications in full stack and database including My SQL and MongoDB
- Involved in strategic planning and architecture discussions on the technology planning and roadmap
- Knowledge of best practices, architectural patterns, reusable components , libraries, and potential limitations
- Experience developing conceptual and solution architectures and integrating heterogeneous data, applications, and technologies into web applications
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to properly evaluate, interpret, and action against cross-functional requirements.
- Ability to creatively resolve complex issues related to client expectations and analytics.
- Effective in matrix management and team building.
- In depth understanding of successful project delivery practices including effort estimation, life cycle methodologies, test planning , client communication , resource planning and stakeholder management.
