Project Lead II

Location Remote in Texas

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates to upper management and stakeholders on project progress milestones and challenges.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the deployment of EV charging infrastructure both internally and externally.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

Worker Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum (Required):

• 5 years of experience in complex project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• 5 years proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools with an emphasis on Excel for data analysis reporting and project tracking.
• 3 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle (transportation electrification) industry with a solid understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• 5 years of experience in contract development and management including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.

Preferred (Optional):

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with 5 years of experience in effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience in the electric utility sector with a focus on transportation electrification or distributed energy resource deployment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification demonstrating advanced project management knowledge and skills.
