- Ensure timely hiring of the C4W workers to smoothly implement the project and ensure all the requirements (work permits) are being done on time.
- Follow-up with procurement & finance dep. to ensure that procurements are done on a timely basis & ensure processing the C4W worker's payments on a monthly basis to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Planning the project livelihood & cash components, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings, overseeing members of the project team & providing administrative support
- Outline the rotation methods, accounting for a database of the Cash for work Beneficiaries.
- Oversee the operation of the project and implement staff training programs to build the capacity of the project Staff & local partner staff as needed in order to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Participate in needs assessments and contribute to the development of the response plans.
- Liaise with Municipalities, unions, and other stakeholders to inform them about the project operations and activities, processes, locations, and plans.
- Serve as the main focal person in the field & maintain respectful and constructive relations, and ensure regular meetings and ongoing coordination.
- Ensure providing & track records of the worker's sheets, Attendance, and other related documents necessary for the payment process.
- Promote a dedicated team spirit and provide oversight and guidance to enable staff to perform successfully in their positions
