Location : Bopal Ahmedabad India
Gender: Male / Female
Company Name Tech Long Packaging Machinery India Pvt Ltd.
Eduation : Engineering Graduate (Mechanical EC Electrical)
Experience : 6 months to 3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities resources equipment and information
Break projects into double actions and set timeframes.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements scope and objectives.
Project Coordinator and client facing Role.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Use tools to monitor working hours plans and expenditures.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports.
Key Requirements:
Good Communication Skill (Excellent Command in English)
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and stepbystep action plans.
Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management.
Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools
communication and interpersonal skills,english,english commmunication skils,ms office,engineering concepts,electronics engineering,telecom,telecommunications engineering,iot,robotics,embedded systems
