- Support to implementation of all project activities by:
- Check the quality and accuracy of all program documents (beneficiary lists, reports, forms, etc.).
- Support in reviewing and cleaning of databases.
- Support in filling and organizing all project documents on the server.
- Assist in refining project tools and templates.
- Support the development of implementation-related training materials.
- Collect photos and success stories of program implementation from the project teams.
- Support the PM in organizing project activities (weekly planning).
- Identifies and informs the Project Manager of any problems or constraints.
- Proposes solutions or improvements to the Project Manager to ensure the program activities are implemented with quality, according to the objectives, and on time.
