Under the supervision of the Social Policy Specialist, the Programme Officer will be providing technical support and assistance in all stages of social protection programming, including (a) supporting the planning, design, implementation and monitoring/evaluation of Hajati programmes implemented byUNICEF Jordan Social Protection; (b) overseeing the correct implementation of the scale up of mobile wallets payments as a cash transfer delivery mechanism for UNICEF Jordan; (c) overseeing all aspects related to efficient use of data for programmatic decisions and (d) contribute to the evidence generation and advocacy related to cash transfer in Jordan. Key functions are detailed below:
